Driving examiner question?

i have just asked to put on the waiting list to become an driving examiner and just wondered if anyone knew how long will i be on the list until i hear something from the dsa?i know it could be a while but i do have a job now so there is no real rush.i know all about the training and whats expected of me but how long will i be waiting?thanks!!!

Unfortunately for you, EOE will hire a black person before YOU.  IF the last person at the job was a white male, then the next person will be a black male. Sorry dude!  Don't get your hopes up!!!!  I work in Civil Service too!  It suxxxxxxxxx how they do things.
