  1. Fabulous trip . Have you been along The Great Ocean Road . thats a must if you haven't but if you have maybe you want to go in land via Echuca to Mildura and renmark following The Murrray River. These are nice towns and big fruit growing areas . Once  on the stuart highway a must call into[You'll need petrol there] is Coober Pedy. take a tour around the pub and other underground places there. Give yourself a few hours or half a day to explore .

  2. definately coober pedy, and the great ocean road (there are some awesome sand dunes). if you want to take a little detour you can go over on the ferry to Kangaroo Island, which is beautiful. there are many kangaroos, koalas, fairy penguins and seals.

  3. You should definately go via the Great Ocean Rd and see the twelve apostles. Take some warm clothes though, it's windy! Visit Mt Gambier and its Blue Lake, and the fossil caves in

Naracoorte (best to book ahead for this). Travel through the Adelaide hills to wineries, the German town of Hahndorf, roadside fruit stalls etc.

Kangaroo Island is fantastic but it is probably a little too far out of your way, it depends on how long you have got. You can take a car ferry from Cape Jervis - see sea lions, penguins, amazing rock formations etc. Once again, take warm clothes for this.

Visit the Barossa Valley and/or the Clare Valley for more wineries. The Clare Valley is particularly scenic.

I haven't been to Coober Pedy but that would be on your way and I'm sure it would be very interesting.
