in PA you aren't supposed to be driving after 11 if your on your jr license. I was just wandering what the consequences would be if you got pulled over if you were driving when your not supposed to be. Would your license get revoked?

  1. In New York, the cop will either:

    - Take away the car and put you at a local police station until a parent picks you up and the car as well

    - give you a court summons and the judge will usually suspend your driving privelages until you turn 21

So be really careful! I'm sure they do the same thing in all other states.

  2. You won't get your senior license.  Why?  Because of the rules:

Process for Graduating from a Junior to a Senior License

A Junior Driver's License may be changed to a regular, Non-Commercial Driver's License when you meet the following requirements:

Held a Junior Driver's License for 1 year,

Have not been convicted of any violation of the Vehicle Code,

Have not been in an accident for which you are partially or fully responsible.

Has successfully completed a driver’s training course approved by the Department

NOTE: A Junior Driver's License shall automatically become a Regular Driver's License when you turn 18 years old.

It would be a violation of the vehicle code if you were driving when you shouldn't be.
