I was consider a hubitual offender for haveing 3 suspenions in a 5 year period. i went to jail for driveing while i was a hubitual, whats going to happen whe i go to court?

  1. You should go to court with a proposed sentence, one that the court can accept. You want to demonstrate that you intend to mend your ways. Part of the sentence may have to be jail time, but if this puts undue hardship on your family rather than on you, then propose something as an alternative that would put more of the harm on yourself, less on your family.

    Also have your license revocation extended.
