Driving on suspended license (dwi)?

if u drive on a suspended license from a dwi in arkansas, more specifically, faulkner county, what are the consequences for getting caught? i have heard everything from 10 days in jail to a $200 fine to having your suspention extended.

  1. The penalties are getting stiffer everywhere now... I think you can pretty much count on some jail time, a hefty fine and at least a year suspension of driving privileges.  Just don't do it.


  2. Oh, you can count on an extension of your suspension.

    Fines for sure and likely jail the second time around.

    Your insurance is invalid if you don't have a valid drivers licence, so they can also nail you with driving without insurance if they're really in a bad mood.

  3. Contact your county court house, or look up your state statutes on line. Why would you even think about doing it? You are asking for trouble.
