Driving out of state?

I am 15 years old & I don't have my learner's permit yet. When I am 16 I want to drive up to Oklahoma from Arkansas to visit some friends. Will I be able to drive out of state without a guardian when I get my liscense at 16.

  1. If you have a full fledged drivers license, you can drive to any state you want to.  Hope you can afford the gas.


  2. lol- if you have a license, of course.

  3. At age 16, you can only get junior license.  You cannot drive at all hours.  And OK and Ark probably different restriction on driving with out of state junior license also.
