  1. none because you can go to jail.

  2. OK, no offense, but my 3 yr. old can figure this out, NONE. But it seems that you have a lot in you right now...

    LOL

  3. none u should not drink and drive they r crackin down and arresting ppl who are non compliant with the law

  4. none should be in your body but .08%-.10% can be in it

which would be about one drink.

  5. wow what a question you must be very immature there should be NONE, but the limit is 0.8, sorry if I'm rude but drinking and driving is one of many reasons people get killed in accidents.

  6. none but 0.01% is legal .0.08% is enough to get you arrested

  7. None 'should' be

  8. you really shouldn't have any but who dont :]

haha um ur driving book should say 1.4% i believe

  9. should be? arguably none. .07 and under (if 21 and older). .08 and you may get a "wet reckless"  rather than a dui. Depends on your state and county. Example: .08 --For someone 113 lbs about 2-3 beers in an hour (depending on what you have had to eat that day.)

Different for men and women though.

  10. depends on the state u live in, diff states have diff laws on this, just google it.

  11. None, if the cops are suspicious you'll get pulled over.

    And that isn't fun.

    here in texas, its 0.08

    above that, to the slammer.

  12. Here in New Mexico the legal limit for people over the age of 21 may have up to .08 BAC. However I would recommend never driving after having even 1 beer, although your BAC may be less than .05 BAC

  13. hah, i would hope none.

  14. sorry, thought you said DIVING q.

  15. Well here in my state you considere drunk at .08.  No more than that.  Check your state guidelines!  I think most states went to .08.  Ours was one of the last.

  16. None

  17. None, hopefully...

  18. None is best. Legal limits vary from place to place.

  19. There should be none.  The maximum varies by state but ranges from .08% to .10%.

Amswerer above me is dead wrong; 1.4% would put you about 15 times over the legal limit and you'd be falling down and in all probablity unable to move or in a coma.

  20. Lol did i miss something!! The law says no more than 2 units i think, but ideally NONE at all as it really can kill.

  21. By law... very very little.  One beer is about the limit.  Some people can only handle half a beer, some can handle three before it's too bad.

But very very little, none is preferred.

  22. Wow how no more than 2% and if your just learning to drive your an idiot to think that you could drink and drive  you will kill youself for foolishness ever watch the news  its time to WAKE UP.

  23. if ur under 21 then none. if u are 21 or over then 0.8

  24. spell check
