I have a dui in california...If i move to another state, get a license there, and have a potential employer run my driving record under the new dl#...will my california record show up?

  1. ah california is not a reciporcating state so there is a chance it  will not show up


  2. You bet it will.  Because as soon as you moved and got a new license, your entire history moved forward to your new license, so it's no longer a "California record", it's your driving record showing a DUI which happened to happen in CA.
