According to the wesite the correct answer to question 18 is B. Can someone please explain why and provide proof. Thanks!

  1. I followed you link but I don't think that I can be sure that any 18 that I would get would be the same 18 you got.

    In general the car arriving first has the right of way at any unmarked intersection  or four way stop. If two cars arrive at the same time the one on the right has "right of way". If the cars are arriving from oposite directions (180 degrees apart) the the car proceeding straight has the right of way. But in no case is either driver quarenteed the right of  way in the case of an accident, and should not be presumed. A driver can should only proceed through any intersection when it is safe to do so.


  2. Right of way can only be yielded, never taken.
