  1. Ask your friends/get your parents to ask their friends and colleagues if they know any good driving schools or instructors. And if you get one but don't get on well or you feel like he or she is just not right for you, don't be afraid to change instructors. It happens all the time, is a bigger deal to you than them and it can make all the difference.

  2. i hate BSM... in my opinion go for the small companies as the large ones only want your money!

i went for A Pass 4 U in the end, but i think its only based in Essex, have a look round anyway

  3. The best way to choose a driving instructor is by personal recomendation, ask your friends and family. A major name school is not a guarantee of a good instructor as most schools are a colection of independant instructors who buy the pupils from the school's call centre.

Also make sure that your instructor is approved, they must have a badge which they display in the car and a certificate with their photo on it.

  4. One with a good pass rate, someone who is patient ,ask around, word of mouth is better, I passed with BSM, i was 49, Good Luck
