  1. Well, the penalties for driving without insurance vary from state-to-state but will include a stiff fine and points on your license.

Additionally, the plate can be pulled for no insurance.

  2. well it depends on what state you live in..

just go to the department of transportation site for your state..

and you should find the information you are looking for.

    if not, just call..

    good luck!

  3. ouch, your looking at 25 to life.  Maybe theyll spare you and give the death penalty.

  4. yeah you are going to pay a 350.00 fine and have to show proof of insurance on the car you were driving , if you cancel they will suspend your drivers license

  5. That really sucks, but I guess according to the law, since you were driving it was your responsibility. You should ask your bro for the money...just on principal alone! If you're asking about points on your record, I think if you went before a judge (and took your brother with you to explain), he/she'd give you a break.

  6. Plead not guilty send in the ticket then when you get a hearing date have it adjurned and then do that again if the cop don't show two times they throw it out so go and hope the cop don't show but try to adjurn as much as you can cause longer time go by less harsh they are and better chance the officer won't apear in court. I live in NY and i got out of 5 tickets completly like that

  7. It is hard to say. You have to check it out yourself.here is some useful information for your question might be helpful.http://car-insurance.online-tips.info/ca...

  9. not such a good idea smart one

  10. youd think the penaltis is that fine he gave YOU!

  11. Dude its still your fault the same thing happened to me the judge said that i should have checked the insurance before i drove off.
