Question:

Driving test, school zones?

I have my driving test on Wednesday. It's at 1:50 P.M. so there will be school, but unlikely that there will be kids outside. All we have are the school zone signs, no flashing red lights. So, if there is school, but no kids outside do I still have to go 15 M.P.H or can I go 25?

  1. .

Drive at the appropriate speed (in the UK), slowing down, so as to be able to stop within the distance you can see to be clear, if situations dictate.

Do not drive over the speed limit in force.

You are expected to keep up with the flow of traffic and not doing so is not acceptable, unless the other vehicle's speed is too high for the prevailing conditions.

  2. wednesday is typically a school day.  so typically is the key word.  even in summer those jerk cops can five you a ticket when school is out.   except sat and sun alwayd slow for school zone.  if you dont you will fail.

  3. IF there is any question,   err on the side of caution.     You can never be chastised for going too slow around a school.

  4. To be on the safe side always drive the school speed around any school........................

  5. During the school hours you go as fast as the sign tells you.  Which is normally 15.  It sounds like you will be driving during school hours.  Plus it never hurts to go slow during driving test.  :)  Good Luck
