Driving test at the Ballybrit SGS centre?

hi im doing my driving test on wednesday and im just wondering (If all goes well!!) if i pass and i get the certificate of competency to say i have passed, and i apply for the license;

Is it ok to drive even though i dont physically have the license even though i would have passed the test?

I really hope i get it

Whats the Ballybrit route/testers like?

Since I am not sure if you leave in U.K. I have to say in U.K. YES, Else were I don't know.
