Driving test in an Automatic car, need tips: UK?

1. When driving an automatic car during your test, is it a failing fault to drive with your left foot for the break and the right for the accellerator? Or would this just be ok to do for control during the reversing manouvers?

2. When driving an automatic car with no "Crawl" (when it moves when in gear) is it necessary to move into neutral when stationary at traffic lights after applying the break and then the handbreak. Or rather is it a failing issue if I didnt do so?
