Driving through europe...?

driving through france, monaco and switzerland and I'm camping. I was wondering if the gas stations are ok to stop and do my makeup in/shower maybe i could buy hot water? I know this is a stupid question but i really am clueless!

Is there a time limit to how long you can stay there too like in england most say 2hours max
