Driving under age consequence?

If your drving at age 15 without a permit and get caught what will happen? Will me or my dad get in trouble?

Same question again.............you will be ticketed and most likely will loose the right to drive until the age of 18 and you dad will be fined and ticketed as well........

Both will be in trouble.  The car will also be impounded.  If your father says that he did not give you permission, then you can be arrested for stealing your FATHER's car (or use without permission) - car theft.

Lover is right. In addition, in some states, upon conviction, you won't be allowed to obtain a license until after you turn 18.
