Yes. It can cloud the judgement of the driver and cause them to make many reckless moves. If anything, it may be more dangerous; not only is the person's thinking impaired, but they are extremely aggressive.

yes cause u could steer too hard or turn too quick or even drive past the speed limit. BE CAREFUL!!!!

Most definately.  It can make you take an on ramp too fast and skid off the road, then you may get more mad waiting for the tow truck to come winch you out for a chunck of cash while sweating about it because you drove off the on-ramp within sight of the Orlando police department and have had a couple of drinks.  So then you get the car out, you're muddy, you're even more pissed and you just wanna get home so you mash the gas and get from Orlando to Tampa in 28 minutes....sure you made good time, but in retrospect, not a good idea.....hypothetically

Or more dangerous even.    Someone slightly impaired wth alcohol will at least be trying to convince others they aren't.     Someone impaired with anger has no problem showing their stupidity.
