I go into work early in the morning(between 4:45-5:25 a.m.) and have been known not to be fully awake all the time. This morning as I was driving to work I noticed another driver who was weaving and slowing down then speeding back up to the speed limit. I thought to myself that must be what I look like some mornings and what would I want someone to do for me. Or is there anything that can be done safely?

  1. > weaving and slowing down then speeding back up to the speed limit

    That's not someone who's asleep.  That's a git who's talking on his d--ed cellphone.

I honk my horn -- both at drivers who are asleep, and at gits who need to hang up the phone and drive.  California here -- it's illegal to honk the horn unless there's a real need.  I consider alerting another driver to the existence of his hands on the wheel of the car a real need.

  2. Honk???

  3. Honk that horn.  Wake them up.  If you could talk to them tell them to get more shut eye before hitting the road before they be hitting innocent people and end up dead in the morgue(bypassin the hospital)

  4. dont honk the horn or u might startle him and he might crash

idk if theres a possible way....

  5. call the police on your cell phone and stay behind him.

  6. Fire three warning rounds across the front of the car... That ought to do it, If not take out the back window.
