Driving while talking on cell phone laws enforced?

Does anyone live in a town or city that enforces the ban on driving while talking on cell phones? My town does not enforce it at all, and yakking drivers are ubiquitous.

I DON'T LIVE WHERE TALKING ON THE CELL IS ENFORCED,BUT I BELIEVE THAT YOU SHOULD PULL OFF TO A SAFE SPOT,AND TALK OR ANSWER OR TEXT SOMETIMES I SEE OFFICERS OF THE LAW ON CELL PHONES

Not here as well but I wish that they would start doing it because this is getting old and there are many times that someone has almost hit me while they had that cell phone glued to their ear......................

the whole state of new jersey, just passed such a law.

The state of New York is very aggressive when it comes to cell phone use. You must use a hands-free device (bluetooth, etc.) or risk getting busted.
