I was pulled over recently whilst driving and didn't have my licence on me. I was wondering if anyone knows how many demerit points are lost and what the fine is for driving in Victoria w/o your drivers licence. Cheers.

  1. if you have a full licence in victoria they give you 7 days to provide it

  2. Yeah you have to go to cort and a fine

  3. You have a few days to report to a station and provide it, there is no fine or penalty if you DO actually have a licence.

  4. On the website it shows no demerits or points for this because you have a license and what will happen is you will need to just go to court and show proof of this and 99.9 percent of the time the ticket will be dismissed, good luck.
