  1. Depends, some states it's a ticket, some will force you to wait to get your license, some are both. I wouldn't bother, just take the bus like all the other people.

  2. Let's see...unlicensed, which means uninsured, driver gets pulled over. From there, you walk. Car is towed and impounded. You get a court date. Your Mother gets a court date for allowing an unlicensed, uninsured driver to operate her vehicle. This is if you are lucky and it isn't an accident. You can also lose the chance to obtain a license until 21.

  3. lol youll get arrested dont do it.

  4. Your a senior in High School and don't know the consequences if you get pulled over and the officer finds out you don't have a license? Aye yi yi. Just walk you lazy bum! Or get a friend to come pick you up. If you get caught driving without a license, you'll go to jail since you fail to provide identification as to who you are.

  5. get caught you'll never get a license

  6. That is a very stupid idea.  If you get pulled over even for a very minor thing, or if you get into an accident, even if it's totally not your fault, you're going to be screwed.  I don't know about Kansas, but in many states they won't let you get your license until you're 21 (i.e., senior year of college), and when you do finally get your license, your insurance rates will go through the roof.

I knew several seniors that walked or rode bikes to and from school.  I think you're being extremely immature by wanting to drive just because it's a status symbol or whatever.  You don't know what you're risking.

  7. not a smart thing to do...

if you get pulled, you will be charged a large fine and you will not be able to get your license until you are 18,if then....
