Droopys Arshavin claims the c**k O'The North title while Razldazl makes a spectacular record at Shelbourne Park
Thursday evening, Droopys Arshavin sprinted in a race over a length of 670m in 40.97 seconds, taking the c**k O’The North Title home. The runaway winner brought the crowd cheering to their
feet at Belle Vue.
It was an undisputed win by Stuarts Mason's Stalwart with a six length success in 40.97 seconds, winning £1500 in the third category race.
P Rosney’s Bower Eagle finished second, not putting much of a fight, in 41.45seconds.

Bower Eagle was followed closely, within a time difference of 0.01 seconds by C Lynch’s Kielduff Merc and C Redden’s Anfi Gem in 41.47 seconds.
Nyla Fantasy finished fifth, 1 ¾  length(s) short, followed by Salacres Tortuga with a difference of 2 lengths.
The statistics show that other contenders were way out of league compared to Droopys Arshavin, promising some exciting Droopys Arshavin's performances in this season's races .
Over at Shelbourne park Razldazl Bugatti stole the show in the second round of the heats in a record time of 29.62 seconds in the Ladbrokes.com Irish Derby.
Razldazl was the fastest amongst the night’s seven winners. Hence, speculating on Razdazl’s performance, it is needless to say that his trainer, Dolores Ruth, has outdone herself  .
The runner-up, Pablo Supreme, trained by O. Mckenna, dragged himself a good 1 ½ lengths behind Razldazl in 29.74 seconds with Tyrur Henry finishing third.
Deerfields Sings finished fourth in 29.94 seconds followed by Drive on Sonic and Droopys Diarra in 30.02 and 30.03 seconds, respectively.
The other six contenders for the final batch of the first round heats apart from Razldazl Buggati are Dowlings’s Ballymac Mitsy (29.67seconds), Dunne’s Slippery Bob (29.71 seconds), Gordon’s
Airforce Roger (29.74seconds), O’Donovan’s Simple Class, R. McKeown’s Rafas Wee Pet (30.01seconds), and O’Connor’s DeerField Music (30.47seconds).
With Razldazl’s fiery sprint across the race course, it is safe to say that he can claim the title yet again this Saturday.
Ballymac Misty is the only hound expected to give him a tough competition since there was only a 0.05 seconds' time difference between these two contenders.
