Droopys Hester to keep up with his own speed for the Coral Champion Stakes Final on the 7th of September

Droopys Hester again show cased a stunning performance at the Coral Champion Stakes second semi-final, taking an edge by four lengths and took away the prize of £10,000 after racing through the field of 575m. He already has an almost impeccable record of
being unbeaten and yet again was the fastest to get to the wire.
The Stakes were held at the Romford Stadium and it was the fourth heat that got Droopys Hester to the first position.
Being unleashed out of the fourth trap might not have been the ideal situation to start the race off, but the dog gradually raced on, eventually leading the pack.
The heat comprised of six contestants, black and white D Droopys Vieri-Droopys Maddy claimed the race on 8th October, under training by J Wright.
Hugo You Go, trained by P Simmonds, came second and Bubbly Verdasco, under charge of P Young, stood third.
Centurion Enry who stood fourth was actually beaten by nine lengths in 35.05sec. Droppys Hester’s second best time record has to be 35.40sec against Diane Henry’s Honey Trampas in the very first heat.
Droopys Herter chased Hugo You Go before going g on out of the fourth, racing clear by the fifth for a three length-plus win in 35.25sec for the 575m six bend trip.
This heat however witnessed the disqualification of Blonde Fletch, under charge Mark Wallis who initially started slow and even later failed to catch up.
In the first semi-final, there was an unfortunate collision at the first bend between Honey Trampas and Longwood Days, Jazz Apollo being a victim too. This fiasco had left Local Dee Day undisputed on the track but the glory did not last long as he was soon
accompanied by Westmead Maldini.
The qualified contestants should not be underestimated at any cost; even those who did not stand first are equally capable because after all it is the track set for the best only. Westmead Maldini has already been awarded with trap one in the decider.
In case that makes the upcoming race quite promising, then this is only the beginning as Local Dee Jay who clocked the fastest sectional (13.50sec) would rush out of the third trap in the finals.
The other five dogs would be placed in the following order; 2 Emperor Leon, 4 Droopys Hester, 5 Hugo You Go and at the end of the trail it would be Droopys Luisao.
The final has been scheduled for this 7th September, Wednesday which will be aired live on Sky Sports. All the connections of each dog are speculative of the turn out and thus have prepared accordingly. Droopys Hester did perform amazingly but
that same spark needs to stayed ignited in the finals too so that victory can repeat itself!!
