Droopys Reese expected to be strong in Coral.co.uk Maiden – Duplicated
Droopys Reese will be looking to continue her solid run of form by winning the Coral.co.uk Maiden – Duplicated at Hove in England on Thursday, September 6, 2012. Things will not be easy for her, as she does not have any experience of Grade OR events. Despite that, she has proved to be a competitive runner and will cause a lot of problems for her opponents today.
The 515 metres flat race is scheduled to start at 20:02 GMT and it will test the stamina of all the participants, who have been trained well to be competitive at this level. The winning greyhound will be awarded a cash prize of £150 in the end, thus all of them will be fighting extremely hard against each other.
Looking at the statistics of all the contestants, it is clear that winning will not be an easy task for any of them. They will have to earn it by putting their best effort in the race. The bookies have got a lot of faith in Droopys Reese and Fiddlerontheroof, thus both have been rated as the joint favourites to succeed.
The latter of the two greyhounds has got some experience of racing in this class, which could prove to be a big factor at the end of the day. However, his recent performances have not been that good, which will discourage the punters from risking money on him. He has got good stamina and has won some events at different levels, but things will be totally different at Hove.
On the other hand, Droopys Reese is inexperienced and might not be much confident at the moment. She made her debut this year and has not represented her team in a lot of races until now.
However, the K. Tester’s trainee has shown what she is capable of achieving with her speed. She will definitely give a tough time to her opponents and will be the one to beat at the end of the day.
The black b***h started off her career with a few trial events, but took part in a couple of competitive races afterwards. Her performance in them was extremely good and she finished on top in both. Therefore, she has a chance of delivering another solid show at Hove and her fans will be backing her up to do so.
