Drop Putz for Morrow, Gonzalez or Borowski?

Question

I already have Furcal on my DL and can drop Putz for one of these closers on waivers

Brandon Morrow

Mike Gonzalez

Joe Borowski

Should I drop Putz for any of these guys?

Putz was a big bust this year and so are the Mariners. Morrow is a good pitcher but don't count on him to get a lot of save opportunities. As for Borowski he is probably the worst closer out there when healthy. So if you're desperate for saves, drop Putz and pick up Mike Gonzalez. Even though he's a risk health wise, he has an ok track record plus he's pitching for a good ball club.

I would definately go with Mike Gonzalez.  He has been lights out thus far since coming back from injury ( I believe he had something like 11 innings without allowing a run in the minors).  The Braves are DESPERATE for a reliable option in the 9th inning with Smoltz out and Soriano ailing.  They have had a TON of close games and he should be in line for a very high number of save chances in the future.

I WOULD GET MORROW.  HE HAS THE BEST STUFF OF THE THREE.  THE OTHER TWO GUYS MAY GET MORE SAVE OPS BUT THAT ALSO MEANS THEY COULD BLOW MANY MORE ALSO.  EACH OF THEM HAVE INJURED PASTS, SO GO WITH MORROW.  THE M'S WILL PLAY BETTER AND HE WILL SAVE MANY.
