Drop litsch for pelfrey?

Question

In a deep league (20 team mixed). Im currently in first place and prly have the best pitching staff. However litsch has strugged lately although being 8-6. Pelfrey has been hot lately and im not sure how long is he going to be on the waiver wire. Should I wait another start with both these pitchers or do I pick pelfrey up now?

You have to factor in too that the Mets are poised for another playoff run and will be playing meaningful games late in the season.  Whereas the Jays may soon find themselves calling up a lot of youngsters, which will probably mean less wins for their staff.
