Dropped a Rear Projection T.V....?

Question

...face forward, and now there's a big black snake looking thing going up and down on one side. It's like the image is split in two.. but the edges are not ragged, it looks like a snake. What could the problem with it be? The image still looks good except for the black line. This wouldn't be the bulb right?? It's a 62" Toshiba HDTV.

Could be the mirror. I would call service.

You should  call a repairman and get it checked or get it changed if it is under warranty
