Dropped my LG Scoop in

Dropped my LG Scoop in water. It turns on but when I try to dial a number it pulls up a screen or types in wrong number, etc. I can make calls from my contact list. I can't get to voicemail because, again you need to type in on the keypad a password. The qwerty keyboard seems to work. Any suggestions?
