  1. Take it to a shop, they might be able to fix it.....

  2. I think your Hard Disk has been damage.have it check or run, or it has been knowcked loose when you droped it. most likely its loose

  3. More than likely the other 2 answers are probably right on the money , Hard drives in laptops will only take so much of an impact . If its under warranty and has no physical damage that you can notice , You may get lucky enough to get a replacement out of the manufacturer providing you don't volunteer too much info . In other words Just let them know that the hard drive has failed & mention nothing more

  4. You most likely damaged your harddrive.  At the very least, it needs to have a chkdsk run to fix any corrupt and/or damaged files.  However, I doubt that this will take care of the problem.  Harddrives are very sensitive to shock (impact, and electrical).

If you are very lucky, all you will need is a new harddrive.  You may have damaged the motherboard as well.  Take the computer into your local computer repair shop as soon as you can, if you want it back as soon as possible.
