Dropping cdl status when moving to another state?

Question

currently hold a nh license with cdl bus edorsement disabled so no longer able to do cdl driving ,so would NH have to do this prior,Or can SC do this? i am not up for renewal until 2009 so license is in good standing

There's no need to change your status.  You can simply wait until you move, and just apply for a regular license in SC.  This happened to me when I moved from Mississippi to Missouri.  They just asked me if I wanted to keep the CDL status, and I said no, and they just gave me a regular license...easy!
