Dropping weight before the wedding..HUGE problem!!?

Okay, so I'm eating healthy and making sure I'm taking in the right amount of calories everyday. But I drop weight so much faster while exercising.

The problem. I Hurt my ankle goofing off in the yard so therefore, My jogging is out, and everything that you have to be standing up for! How can i get the exercise now that I'm in a brace for 4 weeks!!

    But remember, your future husband loves you for who you are, don't stress out too much about losing weight. He loves YOU, not who you are trying to change yourself into for this ONE day.


  2. Can you swim?  You can get a floation device that you squeeze between your legs, so you are doing all the work with your arms.  (You know how a kickboard works only your legs?  This device works only your arms.)  It's a grueling aerobic workout.

  3. I feel your pain...as someone with a bad back and recent ankle sprain, I'm quite limited in what I can do also.  Why don't you lift free weights for upper body and do any form of floor exercise, like sit-up, waist turns, etc...some is better than none!

  4. stationary bike - I have bad ankles and arthritis in my knee and that's what my doctor told me to do.

  6. Could your ankle take the exercise of riding a bike? It uses most of your body to ride one, and is very good exercise, even if you rode a stationary bike, that would give you a lot.
