Question:

Drug Screening? Sample keeps coming back too dilute?!?

I went in for a drug test a few weeks ago for school and my sample was rejected because it was considered "too dilute"!! The only thing I had to drink that morning was a can of soda. Each time I go in, I have to pay $30 to get my urine tested. How can I avoid my sample being rejected because it's "too dilute"? I normally like to stay very hydrated, so my urine is usually always clear.

Please help! I can't afford to keep getting tested! I don't do drugs and there's really no issue in that department. I just want the test done and out of the way. Please help

  1. You kinda know the answer, you just need to connect it all... Ever notice how that first p in the morning is often a lot darker then normal? It's cos your system has had time to flush lots of stuff out of your system. You'd get the same result after a day of hard physical work - lots of toxins squeezed out of your muscles and other places.

So all you need to do is make sure when you do your test that it is the first one for the day (if you can). Or do it at the end of the day and make sure you do some physical activity.

    Good Luck!

  2. It's possible you are overhydrating yourself.  There is such a things as drinking two much water or liquids, even though most people don't drink enough.  6-8 glasses a day is fine and perhaps more if you work out and sweat a lot.  First morning urine samples are usually not as diluted, so if you are able to, that might be an option.  However, most people usually have to urinate when they wake up and the testing site might not be close to your home.  Not sure what else to say.  Good luck.

  3. it may have to do with junk food stop eatin any foods that iz bad for u till u checkup comes clean  wait for like a week then go back see if its any better
