Drug Test For PINS?

Question

First time getting drug tested on PINS, I've been doing really good on PINS but my P.O. out of no where tells my mom that I have a drug test within a week and I smoked a day before I was notified. This is my first drug test so far and I would really like to know if I would only get a warning?.. Or get sent to court and be risked to be taken away from my family.

And I'm only 14 years old so I don't know, thanks to anyone who gives me a good answer.

if you really only smoked once, then there is a good chance you will pass it. the other option is to type drug test into your browser and buy some kind of product that will be sure you test clean........ BUT, if you keep on playing with illegal substances you are ginna get caught, and yes you may even be taken to some kind of youth shelter where you will only have occasional visits with your parents......

if you are so hooked that you can't just put it down and walk away from it, then you need to be honest with your parents and look into some kind of drud treatment program........

you also need to quit hanging out with the people who are dragging you down, you need to quit going to the places where you get the stuff and where the people who got the stuff, hang out, you also need to give up the things that make you want to use....... it's not easy at first, you have got to want to stay clean for you, and your freedom. when you really feel like you want to use, just remember this........... a craving only lasts for 15 to 20 minutes........ make it past that feeling, do something to occupy your time that you like to do during thise feelings, and remember that this to will pass, and that god will not give you more than you can handle....... ever!

How long have you been on probation?

Most of the time, if it's your first test they do expect you to fail it, but they expect the THC levels to be low, unless you've been on probation for a while.

Now that I know that PINS is the reason for your probation (i didn't know what it meant but now i do) then I don't know if that's gonna be the same.

Did they know that you smoked weed because then I keep my answer but other wise all I can say is you're probably going to be regularly tested while you're on probation and I don't think you'll get anything other than a slap on the wrist.

DON'T EXERCISE OR DO ANYTHING TO CAUSE YOURSELF TO SWEAT DIRECTLY BEFORE YOU DRUG TEST

Since THC stores itself in fat cells, when you sweat, it goes back into your system.

It depends on the rules in your local program.  My son was in PINS at your age, and I remember kids failing tests and being kicked out of the outpatient rehab program they all had to attend.  I'm quite sure they were not taken away from their families, but I'm not sure they didn't get sent to court or do some extra time in juvenile hall.  I remember that one wound up in boot camp, but it was for something much more serious than smoking once.
