Drug and alcohol tests?

My school has just implemented a new random drug test where 25% of the school gets tested during their random tests. I need to know how long these substances stay in your body for

a. alcohol

b. weed

2nd question is there any way to dilute my urine so it will be harder to pick up these substances

Lots of cranberry juices

Pickle juice(about 1cup a day)

and lots and lots of water!

I'm not sure... I'm pretty sure weed is 1 month... I think alcohol is 24 or 48 hours... not sure...
