  1. 1) First convert the number of hours into minutes.

    8 hours = 8 * 60 mins = 480 mins

Then convert the liters into ml

    1.5 liters = 1.5 * 1000 ml = 1500 ml

Then find how many drops for the 1.5 liters

    1500 ml * 20 drops per ml = 30000 drops

Then find how many drops per minute

    30000 drops / 480 mins = 62.5 drops per minute

    2) Again find the number of mins in 24 hours

    24 hours * 60 mins = 1440 mins

You know that you have 2000 ml and 10 drops per ml so a total of :

    2000 ml * 10 drops per ml = 20000 drops

Then find the drops per minute

    20000 / 1440 mins = 13.89 drops per minute.
