Okay. I got my first bowl while I was on vacation. It's a glass bowl. Never been used because I figured if there was no resin that I'd be allowed to put it in my luggage. But now that I think about it, I think it may be considered paraphernalia, used or not. So I think ima put it in my bra? That shouldn't set off the metal detectors right? PLEASE help. (:

  1. You could just ask at the airport if you can bring it along. And if not, well, you're gonna have to leave it in the country but you would anyway if you'd not want to take the risk right? I don't think it's a problem really.

I wouldn't hide it in my bra, that might indeed trigger unpleasant body searching...

  2. The short answer: DON"T

If they find anything connected with drugs use, even a clean and never used bowl, they will search your thorough. Up to, and including, a full body search. Undress till there is no stitch left and someone will check all body openings.

    Not worth it.

You can buy drugs perephernalia wherever you live too, if not as easy.

And if there is any drugs, residue or fragments, you will be hold and send to jail while they decide what to do with you.

Drugs dogs will even smell the drugs on you if you have just been in a place they have been used, and if a dog reacts on you, you will be searched, also your bra.

Hiding things in your bra will set of their 'drugs runner' routine. No fun.

  3. Just pack it.  They are sold to smoke tobacco out of, too.  Without any resin there is no proof that you weren't planning on smoking tobacco out of it.  I have traveled with them before.  I just pack them and I've never had any problems.  I brought two back from Amsterdam a couple of months ago, too.

  4. Don't put it in your bra, or try to hide it on you. Some passengers are subject to a very random secondary search, which involves a complete pat down.

If the pipe doesn't have a metal screen in it, is unused it may go through just fine. I brought one back and didn't have any problems. You can always say it is a souvenir. Good luck!
