Is "ink" a nickname for a drug? If so what drug?

Ink can mean tattoos, tattoo art, s***n, menstrual fluid, a liar, money, or improv art. I have never heard of it as slang for any type of drug.

no there's no drug that has the nickname "ink" it would be a kind of cool nickname though.

not a drug per se but is incredibly addictive, anyone with one wants another, and another and another, I have been "inked" 4 times now and still want more.
