Drug test given?

if people was told to take a pee test for drugs,and there are a man and a woman, and the ones giving the test,can a man go into the bathroom with the woman,and the woman go in with the man,is this a new law or what, this is happening here in Alabama

People are afraid to stand up to police because they dont know their rights.
