Im 15, applying for a job at Kroger and they might drug test me.

The last time I smoked weed was Monday June 9th..i haven't done it since. I've been drinking lots of water since that day and i've been working out like crazy 5 days a week. Is the THC out of my system, or how much longer will it stay?? Pls help me!

I know it was bad on my part to smoke but now that i'm applying for jobs i have stopped :)

It might be a urine test, or a saliva test

  2. I used to work at Kroger's and they never drug tested me.  However, the one thing you can do so that you don't have to worry about it is:  don't smoke weed!

  3. It's probably out by now.  I know of people that have passed tests a few days after they smoked.

  4. Dont freak out!

A lot of employers will say they drug test, but they usually dont.  They are just saying if they ever feel like it, know that its a possiblity but I highly doubt you will be drug tested, or anytime soon for that matter.

Depending on how much you smoked (did you smoke every day, twice a day, once a week, once a month) the quicker or faster it will exit your system.  June 9th is a while ago, and you have been exercising and drinking water so you should be okay.  Just DONT freak out, and also...You're 15!! Its not the end of the world :)

  5. It all depends on if You smoked it lightly or heavily and were you regularly smoking it prior to June 9th. Usually saliva tests don't give an accurate test result for cannabis. Specially when one has rinsed his/her mouth really well. It does certainly gets traced by urine testing. So if someone is a prolong user even two months of not smoking it will not prevent it's traces in the urine but if it was very lightly smoked and not smoked much prior to that then in Your case you are safe. Since the traces of cannabis when smoked lightly can't be traced after 10 days.

Personally, I advice, You are young and should be concentrating on your studies, your future and not doing any illegal drugs. Cannabis or as You call it " Weed " has serious long term effects and you should refrain yourself from it.

As for the rest, you can reschedule your drug testing for now but just don't end up smoking it again.

Wish You All The Best !
