if i am getting drug tested for a job and it comes up positive for nicotine (im under 18 years old), can/will the employer not hire me?

they will not be testing for nicotine.

The only time a drug test is used to find nicotine is if your trying to get certain health insurance.

if they would hire people who do drugs, why would they have you go through a drug test... sorry but they will not hire you. and nicotene stays in your system for a LONG time. so they will see it.

i smoke and im 14 almost 15

they only test for illegal substances like crack cocain, heroin, WEED or Marijuans OR Mary Jane 0r God's Special Plant, or shrooms also i think.

actually i applied at a Mcdonalds and i had to do a drug test. i came up positive for marijuana, heroin, steriods, tranquilizers, and large amount of grape juice, and i still passed. so ur fine.

possibly it is dependant upon their insurance although it is not illegal that you smoke you jst cannot buy. and if it is a regular drug test dont worry they dont test for that
