  1. Definitely for health reasons. Most all women past 50 need hormones. Physically and emotionally. Their body no longer produces this needed hormone. Just like anyone needing medication for symptoms of disease.

  2. marijuana cigarette

  3. A hot flash is a PHYSICAL symptom...

It MAY make your skin red, but that is only a minor side effect of the hot flash..

I've had them while Ill and have been told that a hot flash due to the flu is half as strong as a hot flash caused by menopause so I know NOW, in my 20's, that when I hit the Big-Meno I'm going to take the medication because hot flashes are h**l!

Calling medication for hot flashes a "Cosmetic Drug" is like saying that Valtrex is a Cosmetic Drug because you are trying to stop the blisters from coming back...

    Botox is a cosmetic drug...

Breast implants are a cosmetic procedure...

If it isn't correcting a physical problem that is hurting your life, THEN it is a cosmetic drug or procedure... But hot flashes can ruin a woman's life... It can make it hard to live your normal day to day life... THAT is not a "Cosmetic" issue.
