Replace the Toner Cartridge and Drum Cartridge XE Series, P8 I still cannot get rid of the code J2 on the Xerox Workcentre XE88 trouble shooting bar. I removed the Drum Cartridge Part number 13R553 and placed the Drum back in the Copier the code J2 still appears. I tried unplugging the copier from the wall, plug the copier back up and I still receive the same error code J2 replace Drum Cartridge. The will not work until that error is gone.Open to all suggestions!!!!
