Question:

Drum Light for 1540cs grayscale copier/printer not...

Changed drum twice and the drum replace flashing light continues to flash after copier goes through its checks. I only have a operator manual and do not know how to reset counter for drum and would like to know how to correct errors/problem. Thanks
