yes ... this is going to sound so wrong but my my mom taught me 2 drink my hard drinks first then finish with something fruity and with cranberry juice in it

Absolutely.  I've puked once in all the years I've drinken, and I don't have hangaovers unless I am TRASHED.  Maybe because I always drink tons of water?  Dangerous though... can become an alcoholic.  :)
