My boyfriend came home stumbling drunk and has been throwing up for a little over an hour. This is very unusual, (The continuous throwing up part is what I am worried about). It is very late and I want to know, any tricks or remedies known of to stop the throwing up and get him sober? Its late, I'd love a quick answer!!

  1. There's no way to force the alcohol out of his system.

The best thing you can do is make sure he doesn't choke on his vomit when he falls asleep. If at all possible, make sure he's lying in the recovery position so if that if he does vomit while sleeping, it just makes a mess on the floor or bed.

Oh, and the other think you can do is take some pictures or a video of him as he is now and show it to him tomorrow just to remind him of what happened. He'll quite likely maintain that he can't remember any of tonight and soon repeat the performance.

  2. Well if it seems that serious, you should get medical attention. But as long as he is still conscious, I would just keep an eye on him. Don't let him pass out and choke on his own vomit.

  3. Have him drink lots of water to make the rest of the vomit come up.

when going to sleep lay him on his back put his hands on his stomach and turn his head to the right in case he still throws up. Put a trash can right there so it all goes in the trash.

Keep having him drink water or gatoraid to stay hydrated.

  4. THERE IS NO QUICK FIX. HE NEEDS TO RID HIX BODY OF THE ALCOHOL. THE CHECMICAL ELIMINATION IS A SLOW PROCESS. JUSY OFFER HIM SIPS OF WATER TO KEEP HIM FROM GETTING MORE DEHYDRATED AND LET HIM SLEEP IT OFF.

  5. give him some gatorade all that puking is gonna make him dehydrated but its best he gets it outta his system

  6. just let him sleep it off

    when they wake up

    they usually feel better

    good luck
