Dry Eyes - natural cure?

no eye drops or anything, is there a vitamin or mineral that helps with this production of tears?

not that I know of... but I've never looked it up.

i did ask my doc once about dry eye... he warned me to be careful with otc drops.  the more you put in your eye the less your body will natrually produce.... just sets u up for a life time dependancy on eye drops.

I doubt it. Dry Eye syndrome can only be treated.

you might have low thyroid. ask your mom and dad and see if they have low thyroid and get a blood test for the thyroid.

flax seed or fish oil vitamins will help with dry eyes, but you need to take it everyday.
