Dry Sperm Need Help ?

Ok my son has been having little white round crusty flakes around his legs and they wont come off at all. He told me he has been masturbating. Is it possible that sperm can dry up and not go away?? And also it has spreaded under his arms and neck am i just over reacting

I think he just needs a shower. It is probably something like dry skin that is peeling off. Nothing to worry about :)
