Dry and Flaky skin around my nose and cheeks?

What should i use to get rid of the dry flaky skin on my face?

exfoliate it first with a  towel and a cleanser by rubbing the cleanser into your skin with the towel in small circular motions. exfoliating also helps keep the dead skin from blocking your pores which could cause major zits. also use an oil free moisturizer with an SPF. I like Morning Burst from Clean and Clear, but Neutrogena and Nivea also has some nice ones.
