Question:

Dry chicken and noodles?

When i make chicken and noodles using egg noodles, they're great the first day, but after that, the leftovers are really dry. I've had other people's and they are still good and juicy the next day. What's the trick?

  1. This won't help you at all except to possibly make you feel better.  Mine is always dry too.  I always keep an extra bit of chicken broth to pour in when I reheat leftovers to "reconstitute".


  2. the noodles continue to absorb the liquid  leaving it dry...add more chicken broth prior to reheating,

  3. When you reheat noodles or rice, you need to add some water into the dish to help rehydrate them .... (and cover it well)
