Dry eyes relief?

Question

i have dry eyes.. but i dont use contacts.

my eyes have always been watery up until 2-4 weeks ago..

soo what im asking is should i use lubricated eye drops?

alsoooooo.. whats the difference between a sheep and lamb?

if ur scared close ur eyes sightly (if u dont wear eye make up) and drop some liquid on. open ur eyes and it falls in

tada!

My favorite eye drops are called Rohto V. They may feel a little strong to some people, but I really like them. The ones in the green bottle are better. It's like listerine for your eyes.

If you're on a diuretic your eyes will be the first to lose water.

Some birth control formulas cause dry eyes.

Allergies can make your eyes dry, as can insufficient sleep.

You can use lubricated eye drops, or (contact lens) saline.

You should not use distilled or tap water.  Natural tears have a certain amount of salt in them (your eyes need it.)

Brand names:  Samilisan or Natural Ophthalmics have good dry eye drops but you may be able to find them only at an eye doctor's office.
